1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on mot.tn between STE MODERN ORTHODONTICS TUNISIA (SARL, tax ID 1591615W, 1 rue Ghar Melh, 2015 Le Kram, Tunisia), hereinafter "MOT", and its customers. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Customers

Our products are intended for dental health professionals: dentists, orthodontists, clinics and dealers. Their clinical use is the sole responsibility of the practitioner.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (TND), including all taxes, excluding delivery costs. MOT may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is final once it has been placed on the website and confirmed by email or phone. MOT may refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or if a product is unavailable; the customer is then informed without delay.

5. Payment

Payment is made in cash or by cheque on delivery, or by bank transfer (the order is then shipped once the transfer is received). An invoice is provided on request, in the name of the practice or company. See our Payment page.

6. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Tunisia within 24 to 48 hours through our partner Afex. Delivery costs 9 TND per order and is free on orders of 300 TND or more. Delivery to Algeria and abroad is quoted on request. Delivery times are for guidance only. See our Delivery page.

7. Receipt, exchanges and returns

Customers must check their parcel on receipt. Any damaged product, or product not matching the order, must be reported within 48 hours on +216 46 132 350 (call or WhatsApp) and will be exchanged. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage or modification of the product.

9. Liability

MOT's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

10. Personal data

Data collected is processed as described in our legal notice.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute not settled amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
